    Every foreign domestic helper is unique. Employer can take the time to understand the foreign domestic helpers, to understand characteristics of FDH. It will certainly help a lot in work.
 
2 ) Clear instructions and a timetable
     To facilitate managing, employer may work out working schedule for foreign domestic helpers. It not only gives clear instructions to minimize mistakes in work, but also avoid misunderstanding caused by conflicts.
 
3) Mutual respect and communication
    Foreign domestic helpers are good helpers in home. Employers should respect foreign domestic helpers as well as understand their works and physical and mental health of foreign domestic helpers. Mutual respect will definitely make job easier.
 
4) To give adaptation period
    Different employers have different requirements, FDH will inevitably take time to adapt to the work environment. At he beginning, work performance of FDH may not be satisfactory. Employers should be given patience and allow FDH to take time to be adapted to works.
